This key is dynamically created at startup and loads its data from various keys in
HKLM as for the subkey \Config Manager. The subkey \PerfStats contains performance data as reported by the local system. Use System Monitor to see this information. HKDD contains system data loaded into memory instead of being written to disk, among which :
1. Current configuration hardware tree
2. Network connection performance indicators
3. Plug and play device status
 
System : NT
This key is only used for minimum plug and play support by Windows NT in case of multi hardware configuration. It is visible in RegEdit but it can not be opened. It is not visible in RegEdit32.
